Parrott works with Cliniko today, drafting into your existing templates, against the right patient, in the layout your practice already uses. We're adding more practice management systems, so if you're on something else, ask us on a call and we'll tell you where it is on our list.

If a session can't be processed for any reason, it tells you and lets you put it right on the spot, by retrying or typing it in, rather than carrying on as if nothing happened. It's built so it won't quietly drop a recording and leave a gap in the record. Not silently losing your work is the thing we care about most.

Patient data is handled under UK GDPR. Your notes and recordings are never sold, and never used to train models shared with other practices. We're early-stage and transparent about it, on a call we'll walk you through exactly where data lives and how it's processed, before you commit to anything.
If you want it to, yes. Parrott can prompt optional patient follow-ups, but it's off unless you turn it on. The core of Parrott is your notes; follow-ups are there if they're useful to you, not the main event.
