For physiotherapists & osteopaths

Say it once.
We write the note.

Speak a few words after the session — or let Parrott listen in — and it drafts a structured note straight into Cliniko, ready for you to review. It learns how you write, and it never quietly loses a session.

A 20–30 min call. We show Parrott on a note like yours. No pressure, no card.

Built for physiotherapists · osteopaths

Drafted into your Cliniko template Parrott
You said, out loud

"Right knee, second session. Pain's down to about three out of ten now, swelling's settled. Did fifteen minutes of soft tissue, started some single-leg balance work. Keep on with the home exercises, review in a week."

Your Cliniko note

Subjective: Right knee, 2nd session. Pain 3/10 (was 6/10). Swelling settled. Objective: 15 min soft tissue. Commenced single-leg balance work. Plan: Continue home exercise programme. Review 1/52.

How it works

01

Say what happened.

Speak a few words after the session, or let Parrott listen in during it, whichever suits you. In your own words. No forms, no fields, no typing up later.

02

Review the draft.

Parrott turns it into a structured clinical note, laid out in your own template. You read it, change anything you want, and approve it. Nothing is ever finalised without you.

03

It's in your records.

The approved note is written straight into the patient's record in your practice software, matched to the right patient. No copy-paste, no second system to keep in sync.

See it work

From a few spoken words to a note in Cliniko.

A real note, spoken once, written into a real Cliniko record.

Built not to lose your work

Other scribes quietly lose recordings. Parrott is built so yours don't go missing.

Your notes are your record — and your defence.

If you've been burned by software that swallowed a session, this is the part that matters. Parrott is built fail-closed: when something goes wrong it stops and tells you on the spot, rather than carrying on and leaving a hole in the record.

It won't silently lose a note

Parrott is built fail-closed. If something can't be processed, it stops and tells you, and lets you put it right there and then, rather than carrying on as if nothing happened. It's built so it won't quietly drop a session and leave a gap in the record.

You approve every note

Notes are drafts, not done deals. Nothing is auto-finalised. You review and approve each one before it lands in Cliniko, exactly as you would your own typing.

It doesn't make things up

Parrott writes from what you actually said in the session. If a detail wasn't mentioned, it isn't invented. What you didn't say doesn't appear in the note.

Always the right patient

Every note is tied to the patient you're recording, and written into their record and no one else's. No mix-ups, no notes filed against the wrong name.

A 20–30 min call. No pressure, no card.

It learns how you write

The more you use it, the less you change.

Parrott starts from the way you already write, then learns from every edit you make — your structure, your phrasing, the shorthand you reach for, carried into the next note.

Most scribes hand you the same generic draft every time. Parrott gets more like you the longer you work together, so the notes need less and less correcting.

What Parrott has learned about your notes
  • home exercise programme HEP
  • review in a week 1/52
  • Joint first, then the finding
  • A pain score in every note
  • right / left R / L
  • Your SOAP ordering
  • The abbreviations you use

Fits the way you already work

No new system. Real people behind it.

Parrott writes into Cliniko — your existing templates, the right patient, the layout your practice already uses. Nothing to migrate, nothing to keep in sync.

Connecting takes about three minutes, and we help you tune it to how you write. After that we're a phone call away — any time, no ticket queue. More practice software is on the way.

Paperwork, into the record

Snap a document and it files itself.

Photograph a referral, a hospital letter or a hand-filled form. Parrott reads it, writes a plain-language summary, and files both into the patient's record in Cliniko.

No scanning station, no retyping, nothing lost in a tray.

We'd rather get this right with you than guess on our own. We're taking on the next few physio and osteo clinics ourselves, getting Parrott tuned to the way you actually work and staying a phone call away while you settle in. If you've been let down by flaky software before, that's exactly who we built this for. Come and have a chat.

Questions, answered

Does Parrott work with my practice management software?

Parrott works with Cliniko today, drafting into your existing templates, against the right patient, in the layout your practice already uses. We're adding more practice management systems, so if you're on something else, ask us on a call and we'll tell you where it is on our list.

What happens if a recording fails, do I lose the note?

No. Parrott is built fail-closed. If a session can't be processed for any reason, it tells you and lets you put it right on the spot, by retrying or typing it in, rather than carrying on as if nothing happened. It's built so it won't quietly drop a recording and leave a gap in the record. Not silently losing your work is the thing we care about most.

Do I dictate after the session, or does it listen in?

Either, whichever suits how you work. You can speak a few words after the patient has gone, or let Parrott listen in during the session. Most clinicians start with a quick spoken summary afterwards. Whichever you choose, you review and approve the note before it goes into Cliniko.

Are the notes final, or do I review them first?

You review every one. Parrott drafts the note; you read it, change anything you want, and approve it before it goes into Cliniko. Nothing is ever auto-finalised, and it only writes what you actually said in the session, it doesn't invent details that weren't mentioned.

Which clinicians is Parrott for?

UK private physiotherapists and osteopaths who use Cliniko. We're UK-based and building hands-on with physio and osteo clinics.

How do you set it up and support it?

Connecting Parrott takes about three minutes, and we'll help you tune it to your templates and the terminology you use. From then on we're a phone call away, any time, no help-desk ticket and no queue. If something needs adjusting, you speak to a real person who can adjust it.

What happens to my patients' data?

Patient data is handled under UK GDPR. Your notes and recordings are never sold, and never used to train models shared with other practices. We're early-stage and transparent about it, on a call we'll walk you through exactly where data lives and how it's processed, before you commit to anything.

Can it send patient follow-ups too?

If you want it to, yes. Parrott can prompt optional patient follow-ups, but it's off unless you turn it on. The core of Parrott is your notes; follow-ups are there if they're useful to you, not the main event.

What does it cost?

It's free while you're an early-access pilot partner. We're working closely with a small group of clinics to get it right. As we move out of early access we'll agree fair, clinic-sized pricing with you on a call, and early partners keep pricing that reflects how early they were.

How do I get started?

Book a quick 20–30 minute intro call. We'll show you Parrott on a note like the ones you write, answer anything you want, then help you get it connected and tuned to how you work. No pressure and no card needed.

See it on your own notes

Not up for a call yet? Leave your email and, if you like, a note you typed up yourself. We'll reply with what Parrott would have drafted into Cliniko, so you can judge it on your own work.
